Spring Check Includes:

  • Clean condenser coil
  • Check compressor for proper voltage and amp readings
  • Check electrical start components
  • Check blower motor operation
  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Check cabinet for air leakage
  • Replace standard throw-away type filter (provided by homeowner)
  • Check temperature differential across coil
  • Check thermostat operation


Fall Check Includes:

  • Light and adjust pilot (Non Electronic)
  • Adjust main burners for proper flame
  • Inspect main burner for cleanliness
  • Lubricate blower bearings
  • Inspect blower wheel
  • Visually inspect flue
  • Replace standard throw-away type filter (provided by homeowner)
  • Safety check of high temperature limit switch
  • Safety inspection of heat exchanger for leaks
  • Inspect fan belt
  • Inspect cabinet for air leakage
  • Check gas valve
  • Give estimate for any repairs needed
